Melco SUMMIT Touchscreen Update – November 2025

Our mission at Melco is to make our equipment the most powerful and user-friendly commercial embroidery machines available. Part of that mission is refining and updating the Melco SUMMIT‘s capabilities over time via software updates. This free update introduces new functionality that enhances the overall SUMMIT experience and unlocks powerful new capabilities we think you’re going to love.

Improve your workflow with these exciting new updates:

• Design Queue – Streamline your production by adding jobs into a queue. Simply load all the designs you’ll be stitching for the day, organize them by priority, and set the stitch quantity for each. Once a run is completed, the machine automatically loads the next design and associated settings.
• Save Run Settings To A Design – Save hoop, Acti-Feed™, speed, and orientation settings to your design files directly from your Melco SUMMIT so they automatically load the next time you run that design. You can also add notes for any special instructions, making them easy to reference as soon as the design is loaded.
• Load Thread With Barcode Scanner – Simplify thread selection by using the built-in Barcode Scanner. Simply scan the QR code on a thread spool to load the selected thread color into your thread tree. (Works with select brands and spool types.)
