Melco
Fast Clamp

The Melco Fast Clamp – MFC for short – is the solution for almost all items that are difficult to clamp.

Thanks to its adjustable clamping arms in height, width and depth, the Melco Fast Clamp adapts easily and flexibly to any job.

What can be embroidered with
the MFC?

The MFC allows you to embroider shoes more easily than ever before. Whether on the tongue, on the sides or even on the heel of some shoe models – you can embroider everything. Thanks to the adjustable clamping arms, which are ideally adapted to the small forearm of the Melco embroidery machines, you also have a larger embroidery field than ever before.

Backpacks and bags are often made of materials that are very difficult to hoop with conventional hoops or, if they are, the embroidery area is often very limited due to the hoops. With the MFC, these times are over – it fits into almost any opening and offers excellent support. Bag handles and straps can also be easily embellished with the system.

Do you want to embroider belts, animal collars or wrist warmers? This is child’s play with the MFC. As the MFC only clamps on both sides, but not at the top and bottom, you can use an embroidery field that is unique in height. In combination with the laser positioning of the Melco embroidery machines, it is also no problem to embroider exactly parallel to the seam and in the middle – regardless of whether the article was clamped at exactly the right angle or not.

As the clamping arms of the Melco Fast Clamp are height-adjustable, even thicker materials such as horse saddle pads, carpets or doormats can be clamped with ease. In addition, the hold is excellent and so is the embroidery quality, as the material is perfectly fixed in the frame.

The combination of the smallest lower arm in the world of Melco embroidery machines and the MFC allows you to embroider even small openings such as shirt pockets and trouser pockets directly. This without having to detach the pockets beforehand and then sew them on again. Simply guide the fabric between the clamping arms and over the forearm, close the clamps and off you go!

The Melco Fast Clamp makes it extremely easy to embroider areas that were previously difficult or impossible to embroider. Whether you want to embroider the flap of a flap pocket or the fly of a pair of jeans, all you need to do is clamp it in place and off you go! You can even embroider right along the edge, stability is guaranteed. So if you also have a textile or a special part of a textile that was previously difficult or impossible to clamp, the Melco Fast Clamp may make it possible. We would be happy to try it out for you!

What the MFC offers

It exponentially expands the range of applications for your embroidery machine and simplifies handling at the same time. Further advantages are

While conventional hoops were usually only suitable for finishing one item and a different hoop had to be purchased for each embroidery field size, the MFC offers an affordable all-in-one solution. The MFC system replaces most of the functions of traditional embroidery hoops – from shoe hoops and clamping hoops to belt hoops. This saves you up to 70% of the purchase costs.

As the frame is also extremely easy and quick to use, you also save a lot of production time and therefore pure money!

A huge number of items can be finished with the MFC. From shirts, pants, caps, bags and rucksacks to carpets, doormats, saddle pads, ribbons, belts and shoes – there are almost no limits! These items can also be embellished in completely new areas or with a much larger embroidery field.

This is possible thanks to height-adjustable clamping arms. These are available in 3 different lengths and can be changed in a flash. This enables a flexible embroidery field from 3 cm to 23 cm wide and 9 cm to 18.2 cm deep.

Until now, many items could only be clamped with a great deal of preparation and force. With the MFC, you place the item on the machine between the two clamping arms and close the clamps – done! This saves you a lot of effort and, above all, time.

Like all hoops for Melco embroidery machines, the MFC also has digital hoop limits. This means that the machine warns you if a design does not fit into the hoop and prevents you from embroidering in the hoop.
